1. 公司的營業項目是依經濟部「公司行號及有限合夥營業項目代碼表」所定義細項代碼登記，若代碼尾碼為1，就屬於不可以之取代之許可業務，若無登記不可以經營，例如：G601011航空貨運承攬業
2. 法律禁止的業務不可經營，例如：賭博等 3. 法律限制的業務，例如：H201020中小企業開發業，尾碼雖然是0，公司名稱需標明為中小企業開發，所營事業限專業經營，並以「股份有限公司」型態經營為限 若須若需詳細得知若需詳細得知哪一若需詳細得知哪一些營業項目或商品是否符合，可至中華民國經濟部公司行號及有限合夥營業項目代碼表檢索系統，查詢是否另外有其他規定 https://gcis.nat.gov.tw/cod/index.jsp
