目前可至財政部電子申報繳稅服務網站(https://tax.nat.gov.tw/)下載贈與稅電子申辦軟體，系統全年開放，以申辦資料上傳成功日為申報日，完成電子申辦的次日起10日內，仍應檢送證明文件，採網路傳送或郵寄、親送至贈與人戶籍所在地國稅局所屬分局、稽徵所，即可完成申辦程序。 資料來源：財政部QA https://www.mof.gov.tw/singlehtml/158?cntId=57ebc112cd014838838b8f7915a52939
