勞動部修正育嬰留職停薪實施辦法第二條,放寬育嬰留職停薪期間彈性規定,勞工在子女滿3歲前,如果有少於6個月育嬰留職停薪需求可提出申請,但每次仍不得低於30日,且少於6個月的育嬰留職停薪申請以2次為限,且必須於10天前預告雇主;育嬰停留津貼也增加,由原先6成薪資提升至8成,其中6成由就業保險基金支出,2成由政府預算支出。
另外訂定產檢假薪資補助要點,配合預防保健,產檢次數從10次調高為14次,產檢假配合新增2天,針對給予勞工第6日、第7日有薪產檢假的雇主,勞動部將給予薪資補助。 在彈性工時部分,若是受僱於未滿30人事業單位的勞工,為撫育未滿3歲子女,7月起可經勞雇協商,也可適用性別工作平等法有關減少1小時工時或調整工作時間規定。 資訊來源:中央社新聞稿、行政院公報資訊網 評論已關閉。
