如勞工係由臺灣公司派遣至國外工作，有具體工作事實並領有薪資，則仍得於該公司繼續參加勞保及就保，不會因遭遷出戶籍而影響其勞(就)保投保資格；惟如勞工已未受僱於臺灣公司，則依規定不得參加勞保及就保，需俟其確有在台從事工作並支領薪資，始得由所屬投保單位申報加保。 資料來源: 勞動部勞工保險局 評論已關閉。
