移民署於2020/3/20至2020/3/31專案宣導期間，宣導不論是用何種簽證來臺之外國人、中國人或香港澳門人士，超過期限未出境皆適用此專案，實施期間為2020/4/1至2020/6/30，目前此專案為針對武漢肺炎的一次性專案，未來不會有類似專案施行。 自行到案好處： 1.不收容 2.繳最低繳罰鍰2,000元 3.不限制未來來臺期間 專案結束(2020/7/1後)，未來將會修法加重停(居)留逾期罰鍰並延長限制來臺期間，若不自行到案，經查獲要收容並繳納罰鍰2,000-10,000元。 資料參考：移民署
